Macey Windley

Life is challenging and sometimes we need help - a listening ear or a supportive presence to continue managing our daily stressors or major life changes. It is the first step that is the most difficult and seeking help takes courage. We are our own worst critics, and I believe that focusing inward and lending ourselves kindness and grace can significantly contribute to our well-being.

I provide compassionate marriage and couples counseling, as well as individual therapy for adults and teens.

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Macey. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about empowering you to overcome obstacles that inhibit growth and fulfillment and address your needs with compassion and understanding. I believe that we all need a space to process our thoughts and feelings, though we often find reasons to neglect this need. Our lives are too busy, other things take priority, or perhaps we believe we are not worthy of designating time and energy for ourselves.

How We’ll Work Together

I will create a client-centered, non-judgmental, safe space in which you feel heard, understood, and open to telling your story. I will work with you to meet your needs and help you reach your goals while offering support and gently holding you accountable.

We will work together to explore the difficulties you are facing, focus on your strengths, and better understand your coping strategies. From there, we will assess and identify possible solutions and opportunities for change.

I will provide you with the motivation, tools, and insight to help you navigate your personal barriers. We will focus on your strengths and values to help you build resilience, foster well-being, increase connection, and create hope and peace in your life.
