Chris Sheehan

Have things been building and building ... and it feels like you might need to address them before they burst? Perhaps the challenges you are facing are tied back to a specific experience in your past, or maybe you're not even sure where they originated... but you know you need support to overcome them.

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Chris. I am passionate about empowering you to discover the strength within yourself to find positive solution's to life's challenges.

I believe it is never too late to make changes to create the life you’ve always wanted to live. It can be scary to feel stressed, overwhelmed, sad, isolated, angry or anxious and not know how to make those feelings go away. I believe there is opportunity for growth within every emotional and mental health challenge we face.

How We'll Work Together

I will create a non-judgmental, compassionate, safe space in which you feel heard, understood, and comfortable talking about what’s troubling you. Not only will we look at what is wrong, but also what is strong.

We will start by getting to know one another and evaluating your history and current concerns. From there, we will work together to explore the problems you are experiencing, find out what has worked in the past, and expand upon your strengths and values to help you build resilience, optimism, and hope.
