We all need time to sort through our thoughts and feelings, but it’s easy to push that aside—life gets busy, other things take over, or we feel we don’t deserve the time. The truth is, you do. And I'm here to help you make that space for yourself.

By combining structure with empathy, I aim to create a supportive space where meaningful growth can take place, helping you build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
