    Life can be daunting at times, and when challenges are presented, it’s okay to seek help. Each of us are unique and amazing, yet we can also encounter times when we need help to live our most fulfilling life. My goal is to help you find a sense of safety and belonging in our therapeutic relationship that allows you to meet your goals using warmth, empathy, and respect without judgment.

    Who I Am

    As a passionate Licensed Professional Counselor, my professional and life experience allow me to address your needs with compassion and understanding. I spent over 15 years in the business world and lived overseas for nearly 3 years. I’m a married father of 3 and an avid sports fan. I’ve been in counseling myself and have experienced its many benefits. I would be honored and welcome the chance to join you in your journey towards becoming your best self.

    How We'll Work Together

    We are not created to do life alone, and at times we need support to become the healthiest version of ourselves. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration with my clients as the basis of therapy. My role is to provide a space that is safe and without judgment where, together, we can examine what is under the surface and how to overcome what seems to be an obstruction in your life. I believe in the power of relationships over specific techniques. We will explore your strengths and values, as well as look to provide tools and resources that build on what you already possess as well as identify new ones.

    At times, this may feel like a stretch of our comfort zones, and there is no mistaking that counseling can be challenging; however in walking this road together, we can navigate the way towards achieving your goals.
